Certified organic Sangiovese, Colorino nero di Lucca, Canaiolo and other red grapes.
Vinification and aging:
Harvested by hand. Selected and de-stemmed grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with controlled temperature in bath tubs. Maceration time depending on the year. Spontaneous malolactic. Then we bottle it right after to continue and finish the fermentation in the bottles, as a result the wine becomes naturally sparkling with a sediment produced by the fermentation process. Unfiltered and no added sulfites.
Color: Ruby red
Intense, fragrant. Spicy notes. Floral notes of roses. Fruity notes of plum.
Palate: Juicy, fresh. Good persistence.
Fattoria Sardi Pet Nat Rosso is a red sparkling wine from certified organic grapes. Thanks to its freshness and sapidity, is an aperitif wine and very well paired with pizza. It is best appreci ted at a temperature of 14°C- 16°C
