Vinification and aging:
All the grapes are harvested by hand and the bunches are selected with care. A part is de-stemmed by hand and another left in whole clusters and placed in tubs for vinification.
Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. Maceration time depending on the years. Spontaneous malolactic. The wine is aged in small and large oak barrels.


Color: Deep ruby red

Notes: Elegant notes of dark and red berries, followed by hints of violet, spicy licorice aromas, cinnamon and an undertone of tobacco and leather .

Palate: Silky body with a balanced acidity matching the ripe berries, violets, licorice & cinnamon present in the bouquet
