Honey

Our plentiful and colorful beehives produce a fragrant wildflower honey; our wildflowers have a long blooming season, and there is also an extensive woodland on the property, as well as the plants that grow among the vineyards. Honey extraction takes place manually in July, without any filtration or heat treatment.
