Apple juice

For several years now, we have produced a small quantity of organic apple juice using apples of different varieties, both sweet and tart: Gala, Crimson, and Goldrush. The fruit is harvested exclusively by hand at the end of August, selected one by one, to ensure that we only use perfectly healthy apples. They are then squeezed, sweetened a bit with sugar syrup (11%), and pasteurized upon bottling, without any filtration.
